My Story - Allow me to share my transparent past
” I was always the friend and family member who tried to hold everyone together through hard times. I bent over backwards, sacrifice my life, my time, my health and beyond. Never once did I stop and think something was wrong with me. NEVER! I was well put together emotionally and from the outside, it seemed as though I had this life and myself figured out. WRONG! I managed to wear the same mask most women do. I call it the I.G.T... "I GOT THIS" face. Believe me, this face has been with most of us so long, we think it's who we really are. But after all my denial, domestic abuse, life struggles, and hitting that wall face on, my ah ha light came on. I began to look inside myself for all my broken pieces. Oh, and I found them once I let go of denial and thinking everyone else was the problem. I got educated, found my spiritual path (Jesus Christ), and started to purge the old and bring in the new me. Please don't read this wrong, it was the hardest thing I ever had to do. This was my path and I know everyone has their own path towards a balanced life. Just know, I go forward with NO JUDGEMENT on what path you decide to take. I will support you wherever you are in this life.
Look at me now - A humbled overcomer, who finally knows who she is.
Today I’m a Certified Life/Relationship Coach and Author, making a huge difference in the lives of women all over the world. I now have 5 published books geared towards women getting out of their own way as well as self-help books. I’m most proud of myself for making Walmart's top 10 list with my very raw and uncut book called “It’s not how you start; it’s how you finish. (You can’t fix, manage, or control your abuser) about the emotional abuse I suffered for 15 years. I purposely wrote an easy read because I remember how hard it was trying to read a book while being abused and stressed out. “Almost impossible.” I wanted people to have the luxury of finishing my book quickly, in hopes to bring them encouragement to go get help right away. This book isn't just for those who've experienced abuse, it's for anyone who's managed to loose themselves, give away their power, and for those who don't know who they are anymore.
I now understand my gift to the fullest and will continue helping women and men get out of their own way. For me, I survived because Jesus Christ is my foundation. Remember, we all have our own paths to walk and I've proven we call walk it together no matter our backgrounds.

What I believe...
Jesus Christ! He's the head of my life, without Him I'm nothing. I cling to Him daily. We all have our own spiritual path, so please know, I respect each of my clients choices without judgement.

Writing books on healing our broken pieces in life, relationships, and a stronger walk with Christ. Playing pool, spending time with family, and supporting women.
My daily ritual...
Thank God for waking up, read the word, pray, workout when I'm not making excuses, making memories with family, and the rest of my day is dedicated to my clients success.
